Project Update #4 - Production news and new models available in the pledge manager!

Welcome backers to Project Update #4! Let's dive into what's going on in with the project and more...
We're running a bit behind on breakdown of the Dragon's Cache production over the past couple weeks as we've been prioritizing breakdown some other jobs/projects in the pipeline first. So it may not seem like a lot has happened in the past couple weeks according to the number above, but we can assure you there's a boatload of minis just waiting to be clipped and counted, so our next update should see a large jump here. Hans! Get the clippers!
Above are the newest models coming hot off the press. We're very pleased with the results and we hope you are too! There's still a handful left to reveal and we'll share them over the next few update posts. We know many of you are eagerly awaiting the Giant Bat based on its popularity in the pledge manager. ;)
Speaking of the pledge manager, our new direct to website releases for October are Vine Blights and Twig Blights! These will be launched on our website early next week, but we've made them available NOW in the pledge manager for you all to add to your existing pledges if you're willing to wait to get them with the rest of your Dragon's Cache stuff and you'd rather not make a separate order on our website (we know this is key for non-US backers as international shipping costs are no bueno). The Blights are available at a discount for a limited time!
That's all we've got for this update, thanks as always for reading and staying up to date and informed! Next time we'll divulge our plans for how long the pledge manager will remain open along with other fun stuff.
See you all in the comments!
Project Update #3

Hello Backers and happy Friday! We hope this update finds you in good spirits and maybe gearing up for some minis action this weekend!
As our handy tracker graphic above shows, we're an estimated 27% done with production of the project. We're still making good progress towards it as the weeks go by in between other casting work, retail product fulfillment and having a few down days as we replaced the melt tank on Meat Loaf with a brand-spankin' new one (for those who haven't been with us for awhile, we affectionately named our three SioForm injection machines Steely Dan, Aerosmith and Meat Loaf). Overall things are moving along smoothly - can't ask for more than that!
Above you can see some of the models that we've newly plugged into the production line-up: the Nosferatu, Vampire Spawn (male), Ettin, Giant Leech and Savage Orc Brute. We hope you're as excited as we are for them to be in your hands!
In case you missed the last update post, the pledge manager will remain open at least through the end of October. If you haven't received your backer survey email yet, please let us know at [email protected] so we can assist you with that.
Also from our last update, in case you missed it, we have a brand new project in the works - Rounders Dice. It's still a ways off, but it's never too early to get the word out! If you're interested, check out the sign-up page so you can make sure to stay on top of updates and news as we get closer to launch and also to find out how you can get the oversized d20 included with your pledge! Rounders Dice sign-up
That's all we've got for this update - short and sweet! Thanks as always for reading and staying up to date on the project. We'll be back in a couple weeks with another update and more fun stuff to share.
Take care and we'll see you in the comments!
Project Update #2 - Production images, Rounders Dice Campaign and more!

Happy Friday to all of you! We're here with another project update. We're going to cover some production stuff so you can see what we're working on, including our first handy-dandy Production Progress tracker, and also go over some other stuff we have going on. Let's get to it!
We're still in the very early days of production on the project. We've got a number of the models already coming off the production line (see some of the pictures below!) and we're knocking out new molds every week. We've got a good early estimate of everything we need to make for the project, including add-ons and a la carte minis, thanks to so many of you completing your backer surveys already.
Above you can see a smattering of the new Dragon's Cache models we're already cranking out, including the full suite of Goblins, the Savage Orc Marauder and the Young Cave Dragon.
As for the Backerkit Pledge Manager/Pre-Order store, we plan to keep it open at least through the end of October at the very least. We may extend it farther, but we'll keep you all posted on its status later on in October.
If you haven't received your backer survey email yet, please let us know so we can make sure it gets to you. We want to ensure you are able to fill it out so you will get your rewards in the first wave of fulfillment!
And if you missed the news in the last project update, the Bloodscale Basilisk mini has been unlocked and is now included with every All-In, Dragon's Cache and Dragon's Cache PLUS pledge. You can also purchase additional copies a la carte in the pledge manager as well!
Our last order of business is to announce that we've got a unique RPG dice set campaign in the works! The project isn't miniatures focused as our previous campaigns, so this is something completely new for us. But if you're an RPG enjoyer, like us, we think you'll be interested in what we're cooking up. We're still quite a ways off from launch, but we're getting the word out now and we want to share the details with you all, including how to sign-up for project updates and how to snag the campaign promo oversized d20!
There will be five different themed sets which you can see by clicking the image above or the link below. If you'd like to sign-up for notifications on the project, including how to get the free oversized d20 included as part of your pledge, you can do so here: Rounders Dice Sign-Up
If you have any questions about the dice sets, please let us know and we'll be happy to share whatever information we can at this early date.
That's all we've got for today. We'll be back in a couple weeks with another project update for you. Until then, we'll see you in the comments.

Project Update #1 - Pledge Manager Stuff, Bloodscale Basilisk and more!

Hello backers, we're here with a new project update post to get you all up to date on what's happening so far.
First off, thank you to everyone who has already logged into Backerkit and completed your backer survey! So many of you taking care of that early really helps us plan ahead for production and other timelines for concurrent things we have going on. For those who haven't completed your survey yet, don't worry there isn't necessarily any rush and the pledge manager will be open for a while yet.
One great thing about so many of you completing your pledge manager early and snagging additional add-ons is that we can announce the Bloodscale Basilisk is now officially unlocked! That means everyone who pledged for either the Dragon's Cache, Dragon's Cache PLUS or All-In Pledge will be receiving one included for free with your pledge.
For those who just backed for pledge manager access and are looking to only pick and choose the specific models you want a la carte, or for anyone who wants to snag extra copies, the Bloodscale Basilisk has also been made available as a stand-alone purchase in the pledge manager. If you have already completed your backer survey, don't worry, you can still log in and update your survey with additional add-ons at any time before we lock your pledges (which doesn't happen until we're getting closer to fulfillment).
Additionally, we have added a few other models to the pledge manager, including the translucent green Acidic Ooze and Whip Jelly (that we made special for GenCon this year) and two new Azers - the Fire Mage and Flame Warrior. These will be upcoming direct to webshop releases and we know that some of you all (especially those outside the USA) don't want to make a separate purchase for just these since shipping costs can be prohibitive. You can expect any direct to webshop releases we make during the pledge manager's window will be made available there for you as well.
As for production progress on Dragon's Cache, we're still in the process of getting all of the production molds made and most of the mastering has been completed. We've got some of the early molds already in production and in our next update in a few weeks we will have a more in-depth and exciting production update with pictures for you all.
If you all have any questions for us regarding your pledge, the pledge manager, or really anything else, please let us know in the comments or email us directly at [email protected].

Pledge Manager opening soon!
– Wed, Aug 07, 2024 at 09:11:39 AM
Happy Wednesday everyone! We're here with a new project update to go over the pending opening of the pledge manager. Let's dive in!
This morning we sent out a "smoke test" to a randomly selected group of 5% of backers. This allows us to let a limited number of backers complete their pledge survey so in the event something has been set up incorrectly on our end we can fix it before it affects everyone.
That being said, if you were one of the backers who received your survey email this morning, please let us know if you run into any problems at [email protected].
Assuming the smoke test goes well, we anticipate the remaining backer surveys will go out this coming Friday or Monday.
As a reminder, the Bloodscale Basilisk stretch goal will be counting money raised in the pledge manager towards unlocking it. We hope to have good news on that front for you all in an upcoming project update post.
As for completing your pledge survey, it is pretty straight forward. When you click the pledge survey link in the email, you'll be taken to Backerkit who we have selected to use for our pledge manager. You'll need to create an account if you haven't used Backerkit before.
You'll then be prompted through a workflow where you will confirm the pledge rewards and add-ons you originally selected in your Kickstarter campaign pledge, then be able to select additional pledges and other add-ons (including individual a la carte minis), then provide your shipping address and finally cover any remaining balance on your pledge for newly selected add-ons and shipping costs. Once that is done you'll be all set!
If at any point in the process you have questions or concerns, please send us an email at [email protected] and we will be happy to assist you.
For our international backers, we HIGHLY recommend including your phone number in your shipping information. Sometimes carriers can have trouble finding your exact location and having your phone number available for them on the shipment info so they can call and ensure they know exactly where to deliver your package can be the difference between you receiving your rewards or them being returned (which is highly expensive). We don't want this to happen to anyone!
Well, that about covers it for now. Let us know if you have any questions about anything covered above, or just in general, in the comments below or email us at [email protected].
